feedback we hope to strengthen the relationship with our customers, as we
constantly want to improve our service according to their needs. We created an

B2B-segment (businesses), we will not only make use of social networks but also use direct sales in order to retain our business customers. This means that we
will offer face-to-face communication such as meetings as well as

and inform them about special offers and the like.
