Testing our Interview Briefing Part II (Businesses)
Due to the changes of our Business Model Canvas, we decided to include businesses that target students as our second customer segment. Before interviewing businesses in Lisbon, we wanted to first try it out with three companies in order to figure out if our interview draft had any problems.
Luckily, we did not face any serious struggles and as a result we were able to go ahead and continue our interviews with further businesses.
This time, it was a totally different approach to our idea and very interesting.
As we mentioned before in Part I of our Interview Briefing, the small number of "test interviews" is not representative for our customer segment and only a tool in order to improve our interview draft and to find weaknesses.
Find below our final interview script.

Testing our Interview Briefing Part I (Students)
Before interviewing all students around the world, we first tested our interview with six students in order to find out if it had any problems or lacked some important questions respectively included unimportant questions...
One thing that we noticed is, that we didn't think about students, who are currently studying in their home country, never studied abroad before, however, considering in studying abroad in the near future. Therefore we had to adjust our interview in order to include this situation as well.
All in all we can say, that the interview had a really positive outcome in regard to our hypotheses.
Scroll through the slides below to see the results.
We must point out, that this sample is not representative at all as it is only comprised out of six students.
Stay tuned to find out what the results are after we interviewed more students soon!
