Uni2Go Environmental Analysis
According to Osterwalder, A. and Pingneur, Y. (2010), the environmental analysis should be divided into four main dimensions: key trends, market forces, industry and macroeconomic forces. After analyzing each area, a competitive business model has to constantly evolve over time and result in potential prototypes.
