Landing Pages
The team created the following two landing pages:
As one can easily see from the pictures above the content of the landing pages only differed in one single aspect: one landing page stated that our service is totally for free. The other one had a cost of 10 Euros per month.
We were amazed that the "free landing page" was of much more interest than the one with the fee - check out the results below:

Value Curve
In a first step every team member thought about attributes that she/he thinks are important for our customer segment of our business. We came to the following conclusion: Price, Variety,Customization, Quality, Convenience, Design, Time Saver, Service were among the eighth most important attributes.
In a second step we asked ourselves how we want to position Uni2Go in relation to each of the chosen attributes on a scale from 1 (sucks) to 7 (excellent).
In a third step we looked at our major competitor again - ELS - and evaluated how they position themselves in each of the chosen attributes.
